Career summary

Simon is a Director at Kinetic Partners and has over 25 years’ experience working for investment banks, brokers, regulatory bodies and investment exchanges, including spending 15 years at the FSA and its predecessor organisations. Whilst at the FSA, Simon supervised the regulatory compliance of 55 authorised firms in the Corporate Finance and Venture Capital sectors. Prior to this, he gained a renowned understanding of transaction reporting whilst working for the FSA’s Transaction Monitoring Unit for 13 years where he detected, investigated and developed several significant market abuse cases.

At Kinetic Partners, Simon is responsible for the Firm's transaction reporting offering, having devised implementation plans and remedial solutions for transaction reporting problems servicing the  investment banks, brokers and asset managers.
