Michael joined Kinetic Partners in August 2010 as a Director in the tax department after qualifying with the firm in 2007. He manages a portfolio of asset management clients providing tax advice around tax efficient structuring and restructuring, compliance and transfer pricing. Prior to Kinetic Partners, he was UK tax advisor at Man Group plc focusing on group tax rate forecasting and reporting, tax compliance and tax risk management.
