Career summary

David is a well-known tax and business adviser to the investment management industry, particularly the alternatives sector (specifically, hedge funds and venture capital funds). His areas of specialism are structuring and restructuring investment manager operations and funds, advising on transfer pricing and related issues, and
tax efficient remuneration matters. During his career, David has been a tax adviser
with Deloitte, helped Ernst & Young create a presence in the hedge fund industry,
and helped build the alternatives practice at RSM Robson Rhodes.

David founded Kinetic Partners in 2005 with two RSM colleagues, Julian Korek and Raymond O’Neill.
