Career Summary

Bill has been involved in financial crime investigations, including money laundering and terrorism, forensic accounting assignments and corporate recovery for over 25 years. Much of this time was spent in a Big 4 firm where he carried out investigations in the US, Cayman, Hong Kong, Channel Islands, Albania and Northern Cyprus.

He has been retained by the Department of Business Innovation and Skills to provide investigative expertise in a number of cases. He is regarded as an experienced expert witness, having given evidence both in the UK and overseas.

Bill has lectured extensively on fraud and financial crime in the UK, US, Caymen, Panama and Venezuela.
