AnnMarie was with Kinetic’s New York office since its launch in 2007 and relocated to Hong Kong in October 2011 to launch and grow Kinetic’s first office in Asia. AnnMarie has extensive experience managing projects for global investment adviser clients including all aspects of SEC registration, mock examinations, operational due diligence reviews and annual reviews.

AnnMarie works closely with CCOs to identify risks, develop compliance programs, draft and implement tailored compliance policies and procedures as well as establish on-going testing and review programs. She conducts annual reviews, training and onsite compliance assistance for advisers located throughout the US, Hong Kong and elsewhere and provides assistance and guidance during all aspects of regulatory exams.

AnnMarie also develops programs for unregistered and exempt reporting advisers to maintain best practices and provides guidance on regulatory developments. She also supports liquidators in the wind-down of large scale private equity fund of funds.
