Kinetic Partners announces that Marie Barber, a Member in the Firm’s tax team, has been voted as one of Tax Journal’s ‘Top 40 under 40’.

Marie has been with the Firm since its inception, and has deep expertise in providing advice on tax efficient structuring for asset managers both at establishment phase and later in their life cycle. Her experience encompasses issues surrounding the offshore funds legislation including applications for reporting fund status, transfer pricing, restructuring and provision of tax compliance services.
