Communication
Our approach toward keeping the team informed mirrors our belief that effective communication is fundamental to an efficient business and we make every attempt to ensure that communications are swift and comprehensive.
Day to day matters are cascaded to the team through their line managers on business objectives and Firm policies. Strategic updates are communicated from senior management face to face, through our e-portal and/or our newsletter.
Upward feedback is very important to us and we have established a comprehensive range of communication vehicles for everyone to use, in addition to informal day to day contact including:
- Suggestion scheme
- Staff satisfaction survey
- Annual strategy events
- Monthly meetings
- Monthly Newsletter
Social Committee
While work is often the main reason for most of us to spend time together, there are also opportunities for you to get to know your colleagues better outside the office. Each office regularly organises events which enable you all to spend time together in a more informal way. These events are partly or fully paid for by the Firm and we hope that everyone will support them.
