Application process – what you can expect
Each year we usually seek to recruit trainees in the following teams: Audit, Compliance and Tax.
Once we receive your application we will acknowledge its receipt within 2 working days. If you are applying for a vacancy detailed on our website you should not expect to hear from us until after the stated closing date for applications.
If your availability to attend an interview is limited please let us know so that we can do what we can to accommodate you. You should expect to hear from us as soon as we have agreed candidates for 1st interview. Response times may vary for each role but we will endeavour to update you on the progress of your application if we have not been in touch within 2 weeks of the closing date for applications.
Generally our recruitment process is normally comprised of 4 steps:
- 1st interview – competency based meeting with 2 individuals within the relevant business stream
- 2nd interviews – competency based and normally conducted by more senior members of the team
- Work based assessments may be required as appropriate
- Completion of an online AVI – Added Values Inventory
- Decision re next steps
