Application process – what you can expect
Once we receive your application we will acknowledge its receipt within 2 working days. You should expect to hear from us as soon as we have agreed candidates for 1st interview. Response times may vary for each role but we will endeavour to update you on the progress of your application if we have not been in touch within 2 weeks of receipt of your application.
Generally our recruitment process is normally comprised of 3 steps:
- 1st interview – competency based meeting with 2 individuals within the relevant business stream
- 2nd interviews - competency based and normally conducted by more senior members of the team
- Completion of an online AVI – Added Values Inventory
- Decision re next steps
