History

Kinetic Partners was formed in March 2005 by David Butler, Julian Korek and Raymond O’Neill, together with business partner Ali Sarikani, establishing the first office in London. These three founding members saw the opportunities in the market place arising from increased regulation, greater demand for professional services, pricing pressures and challenges facing the bigger players in the profession, and the Firm soon expanded to further global locations and increased service offerings.

After six years in operation, the team has grown from 3 to around 125 people across our six locations and in recognition of our achievements we have regularly been acknowledged as ‘Best regulatory advisory firm’ and 'Best consulting firm' amongst our peers in the industry.

Since our formation the financial services industry has undergone one of its most difficult and significant periods in recent history. As the industry is gradually emerging from this crisis, we have built and adapted our business to help our clients meet an ever changing regulatory landscape, new governance standards and more stringent demands from both investors and regulators. 

We shall continue to grow our business in line with industry developments and our rapid growth and industry recognition has been, and will continue to be, strategically imperative as we look forward to extending our international presence and service offering further over the coming years.
